Dennis has been a full-time agent in real estate since 1999. He has been involved in multi-family, retail, industrial, commercial and investment sales and lease transactions that total more than $80 million dollars.
Dennis comes to real estate after a 29 year career in retail store management with experience as a buyer, merchandiser, operations manager, district manager, regional director and as a corporate officer for research and development projects, which has given him the expertise to determine the value of businesses for sale. He has a total commitment to his client’s needs and has a reputation as being reliable, tenacious and intelligent; he displays good common sense and successful problem solving skills.
